We held a full-day training session at one of Supertree’s medium-sized Meeting Rooms and it was seamless. All rooms are equipped with whiteboards, screens, and high-speed internet, and the team handles all setup and logistics. Previously, we also held an interactive workshop in the openspace, which was a different format but equally as successful. It allowed our staff to focus entirely on learning and collaboration without any distractions — professional, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. We will be back, no doubt!

Yes. Coffee, filtered water, and tea are included in every room. Full catering (coffee breaks, lunch, cocktail receptions) is available on demand — we coordinate with vetted partners.
Yes — every event includes a technical check before you start and on-site support throughout. For Cinema Hall and Conference Hall events we have a dedicated AV technician on standby.
Yes. Evening and weekend events are standard — just let us know at booking. Year-end parties, product launches, and after-work gatherings all welcome.
Full refund if you cancel 14+ days before the event. 50% if between 7 and 14 days. We try to be reasonable — if something serious comes up, we’ll figure it out.
Yes — we invoice Romanian and international legal entities, VAT included. Procurement process compatible: we can sign NDAs, master service agreements, and handle multi-event framework contracts.
